Ahead of your first appointment please download/complete your new client intake form that was sent to you via email. If you have any relevant X-Ray, MRI or ultrasound results from your physician please have them available for your physiotherapist at the time of your appointment.

We offer secure Visa and Mastercard credit payments for all of our patients through our online platform. In order to book an appointment we kindly ask that you provide valid credit card information to be stored securely on file. Payment will be processed after your appointment and you will be emailed an invoice with your service providers information and registration number. This receipt can be used to claim your benefits if you have health insurance that covers your treatment.
If you are using our coaching services you will be provided an invoice with details of your purchase. However, these services will not be able to be claimed through your insurance.
No. You do not require a referral from a doctor to see a Physical Therapist. However, some insurance companies require a referral from a Medical Doctor in order to reimburse you for physiotherapy services.
Insurance coverage for physiotherapy depends on your extended health benefits. Typically your insurance company will cover a portion of physiotherapy. At this time we do not bill insurance companies directly. However, the process is very simple to submit to your insurance. We will provide you with your invoice after each appointment.
At this time, our Physical Therapists are licensed to practice and treat patients only in Ontario. However, our lifestyle and performance packaging services are available to anyone across the globe.
While hands on treatment and manual therapy can be good tools for some conditions. Long term improvements to most injuries occur through education, communication, movement and exercise. If your therapist determines that your specific condition would benefit from in person care they will let you know.
